We are extending invitations to all Edges family and friends. NO LIMIT!! The more the merrier!! The cost is $10.00 per person (3 & under FREE) and includes food, drink, bon-fire, and hayride (detailed information & directions attached). Per Hickory Ridge Farms, there are NO refunds unless they cancel due to weather. You can make reservations by e-mailing me at Karrieholden@yahoo.com or calling 330.273.2727. Money will need to be turned into Team Managers who will give you the tickets. I'll need to know the exact number coming. All money and reservations MUST be turned in by October 17th. You are welcome to bring any extra food, snack or drinks if you choose. The farm provides plates, cups, napkins, mustard and ketchup for the food they serve, so if your group plans on bringing extras be sure to bring what you need to serve and eat with. There will be a visible location for you and your group(s) to check in. Hope to see you there!!!

All Volunteers must complete the accompanying signup sheet in order to be assigned to a shift. All Volunteers must be familiar with the game of Texas Hold Em and how to deal the game. All Volunteers must attend dealer training at the Powerhouse on Wednesday nights at 7:00PM. Any Volunteer who does not know how to deal or is unable or unwilling will be asked to leave. Any Volunteer who does not show up for a shift may have their future shifts forfeited. Any Volunteer who shows up for a shift they were not assigned to and the shift is full may not get credit. All Volunteers should arrive to the Powerhouse 15 minutes prior to their assigned shift. This is a very profitable fundraiser for the Cleveland Edges and a fun time for all.
