Q. Where do I enter the Enrollment code?
A. On the second page of the Enrollment process
Q. Do I have to use Presto Pay?
A. No. But your order will be delayed. The check or cash for your order will need to be turned into Cheryl Sevcech a week in advance of the club placing the order.
Q. Why does the check payment need to be in a week before the order date?
A. The money must be deposited into our club bank account in order to pay for your order. It takes time for the Scrips Coordinator (Cheryl Sevcech) and the Treasurer (Gary Sole) to record your payment and deposit your check.
Q. Why can't I reload my Giant Eagle Gift card?
A. Great Lakes Scrips is constantly working with new vendors to make this option available on more cards. It may not be available today, but it may be coming soon.
Q. Why as the order date changed to Wednesday?
A. FedEx Requires someone to sign for the delivery, and I work am usually home on Friday.
